3CORP expands its operations and begins operating its own Telecommunications Network
This move strengthens the company’s growth strategy, expands its national coverage, and reinforces its offering of Cloud PBX and Unified Communications solutions
3CORP, a Brazilian systems integrator specializing in IT and telecommunications solutions, announces the expansion of its operations as it begins offering telecommunications services using its own network and numbering plan. The initiative marks a new phase in the company’s strategy, as it now controls a key stage of the service chain and expands its service capacity nationwide.
According to the company, the decision aligns with the expansion of its business model based on recurring services (SaaS and XaaS) and with Anatel’s new regulations, ensuring the continuity of telephone services.
Investments in infrastructure, technical capacity, and national expansion—including the opening of branches in every state—reinforce the strategy to expand coverage and compete on equal footing with the major operators in the market. In addition to growing recurring revenue, the main objective of this move is to ensure regulatory compliance and stability for the customer base.
By operating its own network, the company reduces its dependence on third parties, expands its national reach, and gains autonomy in network management, resulting in direct improvements in availability, agility, and service levels (SLA).
The change also strengthens the Cloud PBX and Unified Communications (UCaaS) offerings. The new structure enables the integrated delivery of essential services for large-scale corporate and public sector projects—such as homogeneous numbering plans, telephone traffic, 0800 numbers, three-digit numbering for public agencies, and a single nationwide number. In this way, 3CORP combines technologies from global partners with its own services to deliver more flexible solutions at competitive prices and with unified support.
“We are committed to delivering innovation to our customers with a focus on agility, reliability, and transparency. Evolving with products and services developed in-house allows us to chart our own course autonomously and remain resilient in the face of changing market conditions, which ensures the company’s long-term sustainability,” explains Marcos Silva Filho, CTO.
Operating as a telecommunications provider also accelerates the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence into the portfolio. This capability is already a reality for customers using virtual agents and intelligent chatbots integrated with advanced language models (LLMs) in omnichannel and collaboration scenarios. A practical example is the integration of Alcatel-Lucent’s Rainbow platform with AI engines to deliver automated transcription, simultaneous translation, and intelligent meeting summaries in real time.
For Giuseppe Forestiero, CEO of 3CORP, the company’s entry into the market as a telecommunications operator represents a natural evolution of its trajectory.
“This is one of the most important moments in 3CORP’s history. By also operating as a telecommunications provider, we have significantly expanded our ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers and taken control of a strategic stage in the value chain. This evolution strengthens our market position, accelerates our growth strategy based on recurring services, and lays the groundwork for a new cycle of innovation. We are investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence, expanding our portfolio of ‘as a Service’ solutions, and beginning our international expansion, with Italy serving as our gateway to the European market.”
With this new phase, 3CORP reinforces its strategy to establish itself as a technology company capable of integrating telecommunications infrastructure, software, managed services, and Artificial Intelligence into a single platform. The evolution into a telecommunications operator represents another step toward building a comprehensive ecosystem of digital solutions, designed to meet the growing demands for digital transformation from companies and public institutions in Brazil and, in the future, in the international market.
