Description of Activities: Will work on solving related problems and Service Desk infrastructure; Acting in the management and resolution of problems in servers; Management and action on a list of incidents respecting SLA'S; Maintain IT policy in line with the expectations and directives of the company's management; Interpersonal skills for customer service and feedback; Meet the demands of the Customer of Nova Lima MG;
Required: Knowledge of configuration and installation of IP Telephony, Asterisc, FreePBX, Alcatel OXE and OXO Switches Experience in using systems: TeamViewer, Anydesk, Ammy, DameWare for remote assistance Experience in the role or similar Knowledge in VoIP Gateways, Switches, Protocols Network and SIP Protocol (desirable)
Workplace: Downtown Nova Lima, MG (100% Onsite)
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30
