Description of activities: Knowledge of configuration and installation of PABX Alcatel-Lucent. Desirable knowledge of Voip Gateways, Switches and network protocols and SIP protocol. Experience in office applications: Microsoft office suite, Open Office. Operating systems: Windows (linux is a differentiator). Experience in using systems: TeamViewer, AnyDesck, Ammy, DameWare and similar for remote assistance.
