Characteristics

Elastic Cloud Server (ECS)

Performance and stability for over 200 applications. Nine decimal places (99.9999999%) of data durability, maintaining the security of your data. Several types of EVS drives are available to meet different scenarios: Extreme SSD, Ultra-High I/O, General Purpose SSD, and High I/O. You can share or encrypt drives, back up drives or servers, and create snapshots to meet the requirements of different services.

Cloud Backup and Recovery (CBR)

CBR Backup and Restore allows you to back up to cloud servers, cloud disks, and on-premises VMware virtual environments. With CBR, you can quickly restore data from these backups. Advantages: Simplicity: Automatic backup based on custom policies, and backup configuration is completed in just three steps. Efficiency: Immediate recovery; RTO of minutes. Reliability: Consistent application backup ensures data consistency for database servers.

Cloud Container Engine (CCE)

Hybrid Cloud: Simplified application and data orchestration, both on-premises and in the cloud. Collectively manage your containers for flexible resource scheduling and reliable disaster recovery (DR). Advantages: Reduced Costs: Leverage Huawei Cloud’s resource pool to scale rapidly during peak times. The savings compared to building a private cloud from scratch are significant. High Availability: Protect your service systems from disruptions using a multi-cloud DR approach. If one cloud fails, system loads will be automatically diverted to other clouds, ensuring service continuity.

Elastic IP (EIP)

Internet Access An EIP is a static IP address that is accessible from the internet. You can link an EIP to your cloud resource to enable internet communication. Advantages Flexible You can easily unlink an EIP from one cloud resource and link it to another cloud resource. This allows you to utilize the EIP quota to meet dynamic service requirements. Economical Both annual/monthly subscriptions and shared bandwidth help you reduce costs.
