The service channel has served as a form of telephone guidance on the new coronavirus. The service received 300 calls in one week.


The initiative has been carried out by volunteer students from Unicamp's medical and nursing courses and, according to the participants, 
seeks to combat the lack of information and promote greater security during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic.
