The Santa Catarina State Secretariat of Administration (SEA) has signed a contract with 3CORP for the maintenance and updating of more than 20,000 extensions. Although the contract is with SEA, the project covers almost the entire state government (Military Police, Fire, Civil Police) and several other State Secretaries. “The work has been intense and challenging,” saus Ricardo Nascimento, a 3CORP contributor who is leading the “in loco” project.
Another client won by 3CORP, through a bidding process, was the Casa Foundation. The project includes the leasing, installation and maintenance of 1050 extensions to the institution's headquarters, as well as a 30-position call center.
