Your challenges

Performance in the quality management system (QMS);
Preparation of documentation according to leadership guidelines and based on the ISO 9001 standard;
Preparation of results book;
Support in general administrative routines.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
What are we looking for?

Completed higher education or studying in Administration / Quality or related areas (IT training will be considered an advantage);
Data-driven analytical profile;
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
Experience in a company with ISO 9001.

Desirable:

Quality tools (PDCA and Flowchart);
Previous experience in a call center environment;
Microsoft 365;
ISO 9001 course.
